Service Method and Scope of Service
PRO360 will match the customers within the preset district based on the "Service Method" and "Scope of Service" information. If you want to change the service location, expand the service scope or change the service method, don't forget to update your "Service Method" and "Scope of Service".
Change service method
- Log in to your account: select "Login" from the upper right corner of the homepage to enter your profile page.
- Select "My Service": Click on the taskbar in the upper right corner, select "My Service", and click on the "Line of Service" you want to change.
- Select "Service Method": Click "Service Method" to change your service method. If you tick "Provide service via internet or phone", the system will match your requirements outside the service range you set.
Change the scope of service.
- Log in to your account: select "Login" from the upper right corner of the homepage to enter your profile page.
- Select "My Service": Click on the taskbar in the upper right corner, select "My Service", and click on the "Line of Service" you want to change.
- Select "Scope of Service": Click on "Scope of Service" to change the scope of services you provide.
Please remember to click "Save" after updating your service information.
