"Job Message" is a vital management tool when pros take their jobs, and it is the contact center between you and customers.
The main functions of the “Job Message” are:
1) All your jobs with quotations
2) Chat room records with customers
3) Messages sent to you by all customers
Reminder: Customers can come to you proactively. However, when you don't offer, but clients still come to you, we call these cases "new leads."
Through the filter and search function, you can find the content of the job under negotiation or the job still waiting for the customer's reply. You can also mark or archive particular jobs. The detailed operation method and process are as follows:
- Login account: You can select "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage to enter your account.
- Enter "Job Message": Click on the upper right corner of the job bar and select "Job Message", you can see the message categories on the right. When a customer sends you a message, you will see the number display in the upper right toolbar, "Job Message", indicating that you have unread job messages.
- Filter out "Negotiating" jobs: Click the "Negotiating" list to filter out all jobs that have been in contact with customers and are currently under negotiation.
- Filter out the jobs of "New Leads": Click the "New Leads" list to filter out all the jobs that ask you to quote from the pro directory. In addition, two other conditions can be filtered, namely unread and marked. After clicking, you can see jobs in different states.
- Use "Find Jobs": You can use the "Search Customer Name, Project or District" search bar at the top to search for jobs in job messages.
- Marking a job: When you want to mark a particular job, you can directly click the upper right corner of the case to mark the job successfully.
- Archive jobs: When you have completed a job or want to skip some jobs temporarily, you can enter the job from the negotiation list and click Save in the upper right corner to successfully save the job. In the future, you only need to click The job can be filtered out if the filter is archived. If you want to unarchive the job, just click Unarchive in the job.
