If you have turned on Promotion Service, and the system has sent out quotations for you automatically, but the customer still does not contact you, it is possible that the customer is still comparing the service content and quotation of different pros. You are advised to strengthen your pro profile in order to stand out.
Instead of waiting passively for the customers to contact you, you may want to contact the customers proactively when you find a very attractive job. In that case, you can follow the below steps:
- Login account: Choose Login on the upper right corner to go to your account
- Go to Jobs with Automatic Quotation: Click the upper right corner of the task menu and choose Find New Jobs, click Automatic Quotations and choose Jobs that have automatic quotations.
- Obtain customer contacts proactively: Click the job that you wish to contact the customer directly. You can click on the contact number of the customer or reply to the message of the customer in order to contact the customer, after which the job nature will be changed from Automatic Quotation to Manual Quotation, the charging method will also be changed from charging quotation fee from credit card to charging credits from account. The job will also be moved to the chatroom of the job.
- Communicate with the customers: You only need to click jobs with In Communication in order to contact the customer directly.
