“Promotional Service” and “Manual quotation” can be used simultaneously. You can try to see which quotation method is suitable for you and adjust the use ratio of the two methods.
When you use the “Promotion Service”, if the customer finds you, the customer's message will appear in the "Job Message". You can reply to the customer directly from the “Job Message”.
When the system sends out an “Automatic Quotation” but the customer doesn't respond, you can still use the “Manual Quotation” method to contact the customer proactively. We only charge once for each customer contact, and the same customer will not be charged twice. We will charge the quotation fees based on your method to contact the customer first.
You can see the jobs where we sent you an automatic quote but the client didn't contact you under "New Job". If you are still interested in these tasks, you can use the following methods to contact customers.
The detailed operation method and process are as follows:
- Login account: You can select "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage to enter your account.
- After entering "Find New Job", click "Type": Click "Type" at the top, and select "Auto Quotation", you can browse the jobs that are quoted under this function.
- Select the job for “Automatic Quotation”: After choosing "Contact" to send your message, you will get customer contact information. We will calculate the charge based on "Manual Quotation", and we will only charge once for each customer contact.
