The "My Service" function allows you to add, delete, and edit service categories. You can set the service items according to your profession, lock the target customer groups you want, and develop customers more accurately.
The function of "My Service" on case matching
You will only receive the cases after setting the service items based on the preset criteria. All matching cases matching your criteria will appear in the "Matching Jobs" area in "Find New Jobs"; as for other cases for which you have not added service categories, they will appear in the "Job Center". If you feel that the matching has not given you enough cases, you can add all the service categories related to your service profession through the "Add Service" in the "My Service". If you receive too many matching notifications and miss other vital sources of customers, you can set the total number of service categories at your discretion. Therefore, we recommend you keep only the projects suitable for you in the "My Service" to reduce the notification of other irrelevant cases.
Service and company
You can set up multiple companies under the same account, and each company can have different service categories and independent profiles. Therefore, when you provide services that are too different, for example, you provide "music teaching" and "carpentry" services. We recommend you to set up two separate companies, one company offers music teaching, and the other company provides carpentry service. In this way, when customers see your pro profiles, they will not have doubts or confusion due to the significant differences in your service categories.
Please note that when you put the same service category in different company profiles, we cannot guarantee which expert profile customers will see when they receive your quotation. The recommended management method is to provide only one type of service for a company (for example, put piano and singing learning into your music teaching company; group other services in another company). Please go to the pro profile and click “Add” to add a company. If you have more than two companies, you can search the drop-down menu and select a company in the "My Service". After clicking, you can see the service items under the company:
How to add service items?
Enter the "My Service" page and click "Add Service" in the upper right corner to add your new service.
Modify service preferences: After the addition is complete, you will find the new service appears in the "My Service". You can enter it again to adjust the service preference.
How to delete a service item?
Enter the service item you want to delete from the "My Service" page, and click "Delete Item" in the upper right corner to delete the service.
