When you turn on Starter Package, you can go to the Credits Pack to check your number of successful contacts and refund eligibility. Details are as follows:
- Login Account
- Choose Purchase Credits Plan from your account
3. On the Credits Plan page, it will show In Use. Click View.
a) You must use any PRO360 quotation methods to contact at least ten customers, and you cannot close any deal from these contacts.
b)Your pro’s profile score must be at least 80.
c)You must pass personal ID verification or company verification.
We can only accept your application for refund of credits if you meet the requirements of b and c because that means you can earn the trust from the customers. Please refer to Starter Package guarantee clause.
4) When you meet the above three criteria and are eligible for a refund, please click “Credit Purchase” to apply for a refund. Our customer service officer will review your application and arrange for a refund.
5) If you pro profile does not attain the score of over 80 and you have not passed personal ID verification or company verification, the following will be shown. Please click the link to enhance your pro profile and pass the verification before applying for refund.
6) Protection of guarantee clause will end when you are Hired or credits have been refunded for once during the use of your Starter Package.
