Starter Package guarantee clause
PRO360 Starter Package is a one-time offer for all new pros in PRO360, and every new pro can only entitle to this Starter Package once.
PRO360 guarantees a new pro to close a deal by using the Starter Package. PRO360 Starter Package has sufficient credits to send quotations to at least ten customers. If the new pro cannot close any deals before finishing the Starter Package, PRO360 will refund the used credits to the new pro.
PRO360 charges a contact fee for every job. The contact fee for every job varies and is calculated basing on the value of the job. The contact fee is low for those categories of jobs with a lower transaction value. To make sure that you have more than 10 chances to contact customers to close a deal, the value of the Starter Package will vary with the categories of jobs. All Starter Package will enjoy 20% credits discount plus guaranteed deals protection.
If a new pro cannot close a deal after contacting at least ten customers, PRO360 will refund all the credits to the new pro’s account.
Refund conditions from guarantee clause:
- You must use the PRO360 quotation methods to contact at least ten customers, and you cannot close any deal from these contacts.
- Your pro’s profile score must be at least 60.
- You must pass personal ID verification or company verification.
The guarantee clause only applies if you meet the requirements of 2 and 3 because that means you can earn the trust from the customers. Please refer to Starter Package guarantee clause.
Definition of number of customer contact to be eligible for refund:
- The new pro must use PRO360 quotation methods (either “Manual Quotation”, “Automatic Quotation”, or “Guaranteed Reply”) to quote and use credits. It will only be considered as a valid contact when credits are successfully deducted after making a quotation.
- The guarantee clause excludes cases where credits have been refunded arising from the customers not responding to the quotations or any other reasons.
- The total number of all kinds of quotation methods at least 10.
Quotation methods and number of successful customer contact:
- “Manual Quotation”: a successful contact means the customer reads the quotation within 48 hours, or the pro proactively gets the customer’s contact information (such as email and telephone number). If the customer does not respond within 48 hours, credits will be refunded and this is not treated as a successful contact.
- “Guaranteed Reply” or “Automatic Quotation”: Credits will only be deducted when the customers contact you. Every successful deduction is treated as a successful contact.
Usually, PRO360 Starter Package is sufficient to make quotations for at least ten customers. However, it will not be adequate for ten quotations if you make quotations mostly for high-valued jobs. In this case, it is possible that you need to top-up your credits in order to make ten quotations to meet the Guarantee Clause criteria. Once you reach 10 successful contacts, you are eligible for deal guarantee.
Maximum refund limit is the actual credits used in purchasing the Starter Package, or the actual payment made for making at least 10 successful contacts. Some examples are as follows.
Example 1: the pro uses 2,015 credits for ten customer contacts, and the refund amount is 2,015 credits.
Example 2: Suppose the pro gets 3,600 credits from Starter Package and adds another 100 credits for making quotations. The maximum refund amount will be 3,600 credits.
Number of refund:
There will only be one refund for buying the Starter Package, and you will not be refunded for a second time. It is a violation of terms if you open multiple accounts, and PRO360 reserves the right to suspend your account and you will become ineligible for Start Package refund.
Duration for Guarantee:
The Guarantee Clause is effective from the day you subscribe Starter Package and will end on the day when you close your first deal or apply for a refund. The Guarantee Clause applies when you cannot complete a deal before applying for a refund.
How to refund credits?
After you have purchased the Starter Package, you can login your account. From the upper part of the purchase page you can check your eligibility for refund. If you have already made 10 successful contacts, enhanced your pro profile to attain over 60 scores and passed either personal verification or company verification, you can apply for refund of the credits used.
Since it is a one-time refund of the Starter Package, it will be better to use up all credits for quotations before applying for refund. Please be reminded that when you need the said criteria to be eligible for a refund, the system will not refund you automatically.
