Automatic Debit Terms of Use
When you activate the automatic debit function, you agree to the Terms of Use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Terms of Use of PRO360 will still apply in full. Undefined terms underlined in the following clauses are regulated according to the definitions of terms in the PRO360 Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between the automatic debit Terms of Use and the PRO360 Terms of Use, these automatic debit Terms of Use shall prevail. PRO360 reserves the right to amend this automatic debit Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
Overview
When you use PRO360 and incur a charge, PRO360 will first deduct money from your credits. When your credits are insufficient and the automatic debit function is in use, PRO360 will debit money from the designated credit card ("Card") for quotation payment, as registered in the service provider’s account. Suppose the pro ("service provider") uses the “Automatic quotation” “Promotion Service” ("Automatic Quotation"), and the customer is interested and takes the initiative to contact the pro. In that case, PRO360 will make automatic debit from the service provider's registered credit card. All purchases made through automatic debit at PRO360 are final and non-refundable for cash.
How to debit?
The automatic debit function will debit the registered Card of the service provider according to the following situations:
When a service provider is a new member of PRO360
If the service provider is a new member of PRO360 and may not have enough transaction records, PRO360 will debit the fee from the credits. If the service provider has insufficient credit, PRO360 will debit the fee from the registered credit card. The service provider can choose to make payment from the registered credit card or top-up credits for debit.
When the service provider has enough purchase records in PRO360
If PRO360 finds the service provider having sufficient purchase records, PRO360 will debit the fees from the registered Card of the service provider in the following three ways: (a) one-time deduction after a specific period; (b) when the fees of the service provider incurred in making quotations or using automatic quotation have reached the fee limit during a specific period; (c) if the credits are insufficient, PRO360 will debit according to the amount set by a pro. PRO360 will debit the amount from pro’s credits first, and if the amount is insufficient, PRO360 will debit from the registered Card. On the other hand, the service provider can choose to make payment using the registered Card or topping up the credits.
PRO360 can adjust the specified period or the fee limit at its own discretion without prior agreement with the pro. Whenever the service provider incurs a fee in making a quotation and/or using the “Automatic Quotation” function, PRO360 can automatically debit from the pro’s registered Card.
Relationship between automatic debits and budgeting tools
Using the automatic debit function will have no impact on any budgeting tools provided by PRO360 or limit the required fees incurred in using PRO360 quotation services. The automatic debit function facilitates the service provider to make payment to PRO360. Service providers can be charged at a specified period or a specified amount under automatic debit. .
For example, a pro uses automatic quotation and the weekly budget is set at $1,000. When the pro has reached the specified period or the fee limit, automatic debit of the fees will be made through the designated Card registered by the service provider, regardless of whether the service provider has reached the weekly budget of $1,000 . If the service provider's service fee reaches the budgeted amount and suspends activities, the suspension will not change the management rules of automatic deduction.
Debit failed
PRO360 will first debit pro’s registered credit card for required fees in the automatic debit function. If PRO360 is unable to debit the card for any reasons – including but not limited to: (a) service provider has exceeded the credit limit of the card; (b) the pro has canceled the credit card; (c) the credit card has expired; (d) the registered credit card details are incorrect. – the service provider agrees that PRO360 will directly charge any other card registered by the service provider in this platform. PRO360 will base on its updated sequence of credit cards and use the latest valid card as the first card for debiting the fees.
Turn off automatic debit
After the service provider turns off the automatic debit function, the terms of use for automatic debit remain valid for all or part of the charges arising from the behavior of the service provider or customer member when the automatic debit is turned on. The fees incurred by the service provider or customer member after the service provider turns off automatic debit will not be bound by this automatic debit terms of use.
