The quote fee of PRO360 is based on various factors such as different quote models, service items, case value, advertising cost, etc. We set the quote fee for each case through data analysis and collation of customers and pros in making requests and quotes.
Since many factors will affect the price of each case, quote fees are subject to change.
For example, if the transaction rate of a particular service decreases but the number of pros of that specific service increases, we will lower the quote fee to justify the pro’s investment. We adjust the quote fees according to data analysis, which is fairer and more beneficial to customers and pros.
Why are the quote fees different for different quote models?
The existing quote models of PRO360 have various benefits. Quote fees change according to charging methods, flexibility in making quotes, and the transaction rate of each service. We will also adjust quote fees based on the above factors.
Since the quote fees fluctuate according to the above factors, if you use the "Promotion Service", it is recommended to regularly check the promotion service’s budget. If there is an adjustment to the “Promotion Service” price during the week, the adjusted fee will only apply in the following week.
Why are there different charges for the same service?
The quote fee is adjusted mainly based on the "case value”. Factors affecting the "case value" include case type, case size, client budget, and the number of pros competing for the deal. The higher the case value, the higher the quote fee. This mechanism makes the price fairer and pushes the cost of general cases cheaper than high-value cases. Therefore, the quote fee is more in line with the size of the payment and the benefits of pros.
For example: if a consumer puts forward a demand for carpentry, the system will adjust the quote fee according to the budget proposed by the customer. The quote fee of a case with a small budget will be cheaper than a case with a high budget.
How do I know the quote fee of each case?
If you are using manual quote model or guaranteed reply model, you can check quote fees when you read the case.
If you are using “Promotion Service”, you can go to “Services” > “select service” > “budget” to check the quote fee table.
