PRO360 understands the complication of filling in information during registration, so we use the simplest way to understand your service content and create your service information quickly.
- Provide your expertise
First, you can click "Join as a PRO" in the upper right corner of the homepage to enter the pro homepage.
PRO360 has more than 400 service items. According to the service items you have checked, PRO360 will create preliminary service information for you.
- Fill in your service area
We want to match the most suitable customers to every pro. It is essential to fill in the "Service areas" and "Travel preferences" so that we will help you find the customers close to you. It will also facilitate PRO360 to match you with the most suitable customers.
- Email is a personal account
After you fill in your service information, the email address you use will become your account in PRO360. You don’t have to fill in your personal information again. PRO360 saves time for you and hopes to bring you the best service experience.
- Set password
Set a personal password to protect your account security! If you want to change your password, please go to the account setting and select "Contact information," and click “Change password” to change your setting.
- Update service information
Congratulations! Successfully created your service information in PRO360. You can log in at the upper right corner of the homepage and click “Profile" to update your service information. The better your service information is, the better your customers’ impression and trust. Don’t forget to update your service information further after your registration is complete!
Effectively manage my services from my account
From my account, you can see three categories in the upper right corner, namely "Messages”, "Jobs", and "Services”.
- If you choose "Jobs" then a list of new customers will be displayed for your consideration. You can browse the latest information at any time to find the most suitable customer for you.
- On the other hand, you can also quote manually when you find interested customers. Customers who have already quoted will be displayed in the "Messages". Through the "Messages", you can manage your orders and grasp the progress of communication with customers.
- If the service item you provide supports promotion services, the system will automatically send your estimate when the customer sends out a request. At this time, you can wait for the customer to contact you or go to the automatic estimate of "Jobs" → In the case of automated valuation, you can take the initiative to contact the customer by clicking on the customer you wish to contact actively.
- To add or delete service items, click "Services" to adjust the service items provided.
- If you need to look for services in addition to providing services, you can fill out the questionnaire on the homepage and put forward your needs. Click the account in the upper right corner and click "Switch to Consumer". The progress of the case will be displayed in "My Projects".
