The advantages of identity verification

Since a great number of pros and customers are using PRO360, to maintain a good service quality, PRO360 establishes the identity verification system.  The advantages are:

1.Protect customers.  To make them feel more confident when choosing pros.

2.Protect pros.  To allow them to choose jobs from more reliable customers.

Steps of identity verification

1. First, login your PRO360 account
2. Click account icon, go to identity verification at account setting
3. Click Identity verification.  For HK residents, please upload both sides of HK ID card.  For non-HK residents, please upload the page of your passport with your picture.
4. Fill in the issuance date and type (first issuance, renewal, or replacement).  Upon completion, click send for review.

Steps for identity verification are that simple.  After completion, the customer service officers will review your submission.
