Travel Preferences and Service Areas

PRO360 will match the customers within the preset district based on the "Travel Preferences" and "Service Areas" information. If you want to change the service location, expand the service scope or change the service method, don't forget to update your "Travel Preferences" and "Service Areas".

Change Travel preferences

• Log in to your account: select "Login" from the upper right corner of the homepage to enter your profile page.
• Select "Services": Click on the taskbar in the upper right corner, select "Services", and click on the "Line of Service" you want to change.
• Select "Travel preferences": Click "Travel Preferences" to change your travel preferences. If you tick "Provide service via internet or phone", the system will match your requirements outside the service range you set.

Change the Service areas.

• Log in to your account: select "Login" from the upper right corner of the homepage to enter your profile page.
• Select "Services": Click on the taskbar in the upper right corner, select "Services", and click on the "Line of Service" you want to change.
• Select "Service Areas": Click on "Service Areas" to change the scope of services you provide.

Please remember to click "Save" after updating your service information.
