You should know by now that after sending quotations, you can manage your jobs in "Negotiating" in the “Job Message”. Do you know other functions that can make the process smoother?
The detailed process is as follows:
- Login account: You can select "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage to enter your account.
- After entering the work information, click "Negotiating": Click the work bar in the upper right corner and select "Job Message" → "Negotiating"
- Click on the job in "Negotiating": Click on the job in negotiation. You can discuss more details of the job with the customer, and there are many other operation functions after clicking the job.
- Get "Contact Information": After entering the job, you can see the customer's email on the right side. If the customer provides a contact number, it will also be displayed.
- Using the "Chat Function": You can enter a message into the dialog box and press "Enter" or the “paper plane” button on the right to send the message. If you want to enter a large amount of information, you can also use "Shift" + "Enter" to wrap the line.If you want to send the file to the other party, just click the "green paperclip" in the dialog box to send the file.
- Marking a job: When you want to mark a particular job, you can click the gray ribbon in the upper right corner of the job details to successfully mark the job as important.
- Archive jobs: When you have completed a job or want to skip some jobs temporarily, you can enter the job from the negotiation list and click Save in the upper right corner to successfully save the job. In the future, you only need to click The job can be filtered out if the filter is archived. If you want to unarchive the job, just click “Unarchive” in the job.
- Received job: When you have confirmed the transaction with the customer, you can click "Received Job".
The system will send an email to remind the customer that the deal is closed.
Invite Evaluation: After clicking “Accepted”, the customer still forgets to click on Hire or Evaluation. You can click "Invite Comments", and the system will send an email to invite the customer to evaluate or hire you.
