Why can't I receive new job notifications?

To solve your problem, please follow the following steps to set up: 

❖Using Gmail:

1. Click Junk Mails of Gmail, and report that emails sent from PRO360 are Non-junk mails.  
2. Click「▾」on the search bar on the upper part. Enter notification@pro360.com.hk , on the Sent field and click filter
3. Tick Do not send to Junk Mailbox, and click filter again.

❖ Using Yahoo Mail:

1. Click Junk Mails of Yahoo Mail, and report that emails sent from PRO360 are Non-junk mails.  
2. Click Setting on the upper right part and select More Setting.  Click Automatic Categorization Rule.  Then select Add New Automatic Categorization Rule
3. Enter notification@pro360.com.hk on the Sent field.  In Select Target Email, choose Inbox, and then click Save. 

❖ Using Hotmail/ Outlook : 

1. Click Junk Mails on Outlook, and report that emails sent from PRO360 are Non-junk mails.
2. Click Junk Mails on the upper part of the page.  Choose Setting for Junk Mails, and click Safe Senders.
3. In the list of Safe Senders, enter notification@pro360.com.hk .  Then press Add to the list.  

❖ Small tips:

If you do not want to receive email notification, please watch out for our PRO360APP.  In APP setting, you can turn on App notification and turn off email notification.  In that case, you can receive PRO360 messages on new jobs anytime.
