PRO360 recommends keeping all communication records just in case there are any disputes between you and the customer.
Keep all communication records between the pro and the customer.
- PRO360 keeps all the records for you if you use PRO360 chatroom or Telephone Connection Services to communicate with the customers. PRO360 will keep the records for up to six months. You can contact PRO360 customer service if there is a need for you to retrieve records of more than six months.
- If you are using non-PRO360 facilities i.e., chatroom or Telephone Communication Service, but other communication tools such as email, telephone to communicate with the customers, then you need to keep the record by yourself to avoid any potential disputes.

- PRO360 is a platform to "provide the list of potential customers or pros and contact information". You need to coordinate with the customer separately to deliver the finished product and making payment after the transaction. Face-to-face delivery or remittance is the most commonly used methods.
