1. What is Job Eligibility?
To provide higher-quality services and protect the rights of both consumers and PROs, some service items require you to complete certain requirements before you can provide the service. If a PRO does not meet the job eligibility criteria, they will not be able to quote or accept tasks.
Job eligibility includes the following:

Before taking on jobs, you must read and agree to the service terms for that specific project to protect the rights and obligations of both parties.Certification
For certain services, government regulations require you to hold valid licenses or certificates to practice.
For example: Taxi drivers must possess both a Class 3 Driving Licence and a Taxi Driver’s Vocational Licence. These licences fall under the certification requirement.
2. How do I complete certification?
In the Job Eligibility section, click the Certification button to access the certification page. Then click "Add Certificate":
Fill in the type of certificate and the required details, and upload the image file of the document.
Select the certificate holder.
Confirm the information is correct and submit.
Once completed, you will see the details of the uploaded certificate on the page.
PRO360 will review your submitted documents as soon as possible. Please be patient, and you can return to this page at any time to track the review status.
3. My company has multiple practitioners. Whose licence/certificate should I upload?
If you have multiple practitioners providing services, please upload all of their certificates.
You can upload multiple certificates under the same certification; just be sure to select the correct certificate holder for each.
4. If the certification status changes from "Approved" to "Pending approval" when adding new certificates, will my company temporarily be unable to accept jobs?
No!
As long as at least one practitioner has already passed the certification, your company can continue accepting jobs. Feel free to add certificates for new team members.
5. I have two companies under my account. Do I need to complete certification twice?
No.
Certifications approved under your account are shared across all companies.
You can view your certifications at Settings > License & Certification.
