Not receiving push notifications? Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
If you notice that you are not receiving our push notifications, please follow these simple steps to perform self-troubleshooting:
1. Check if the in-app notification settings are enabled
Our app provides notification settings. Please check according to your user type:
For PRO (Expert) users:
Open the app.
Tap "My Account".
Go to "Notification Settings" and confirm that the relevant notification options are enabled.
For Consumer users:
Open the app.
Tap "My".
Go to "Notifications" and confirm that the relevant notification options are enabled.
2. Check if your device allows the app to send notifications
Please confirm whether your phone system allows the PRO360 app to send notifications by following these steps:
Open your phone's "Settings".
Tap "Notifications".
Locate the PRO360 app and ensure that the notification permissions are enabled.
3. Log out and log back into the app
If the first two steps are confirmed to be correct, please try the following:
Open the app.
Tap "Log Out" of your account.
Log back into your account and try receiving push notifications again.
