To ensure that your contact details are clearly and accurately communicated to customers who receive your quotes, and to maintain a fair trading environment on the PRO360 platform, all PRO contact information must be filled in the designated fields. Below is a guide on how to add and edit your contact information:
How to Add or Edit Your Contact Information
1. Log in to Your Account
On the homepage, click "Login" at the top right corner and log in to your account.
2. Go to "PRO Profile"
After logging into PRO360, click "Profile" from the My Account menu at the top right to access your company profile.
3. Select "PRO Information"
In the PRO Information section, click the edit icon on the right. The Edit PRO Information form will appear, as shown below. Please fill in all information in the designated fields (fields marked with * are mandatory).
4. Instant Messaging
Currently, you can enter IDs for Line, WhatsApp, and WeChat.
Click the icon on the left to switch between messaging platforms.
Click the "+" icon on the right to add multiple IDs.
5. Website
You can enter links to your official website, fan pages, portfolios, and more.
The Website icon allows any URL to be added.
The other five platform icons require the corresponding URL: Facebook, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble, and GitHub.
Click the icon on the left to switch between platforms.
Click the "+" icon on the right to add multiple links.
How Are PRO Contact Details Displayed to Customers?

Publicly displayed details:
Your PRO/company name, number of reviews, number of hires, partial address, etc., will be publicly displayed on your PRO profile and prioritised for consumers to view (see image below).
2. Websites:
Your website will be shown as a URL or icon to customers who receive your quotes (see image below).

Phone numbers and instant messaging IDs:
These will only be fully displayed in the chatroom after you send a quote and pay the contact fee.
Before payment, part of the contact information will remain hidden (see image below).
Contact Details Display by Quoting Method
Standard Quote:
Charges are incurred only when you successfully connect with the customer (via a phone call or when the customer replies in the chatroom). At that point, all contact details will be fully displayed.Promotion Service:
Charges are incurred only when customers reply. Once the customer responds in the chatroom, all contact details will be displayed.
Important Notice
Do not enter contact information outside the designated fields in your PRO profile.
The designated fields refer to the PRO Information section mentioned above.
The PRO360 platform has a review mechanism: any contact information entered outside these fields will be automatically hidden.
Doing so may not only make your profile appear less professional but also affect how your profile is displayed and ranked in the PRO list.
According to the PRO360 Terms of Use, PRO360 reserves the right to remove any user content that may violate the terms or harm the platform. Since PRO profiles are publicly accessible, we also recommend that you avoid disclosing private personal information unnecessarily.
