Terms of Use for Friend’s Invitation

Overview

If a pro uses our ‘friend’s invitation link’ to invite a friend to join PRO360 (“the platform”) as a new pro, both of them will get 20 free credits.

If the new pro makes his first quotation to a customer, the referrer will get 40 more free credits.

If the new pro successfully closes a deal, the referrer will get another 60 free credits.

Explanation

PRO360 allows existing pros to earn free credits by inviting friends to join  the platform and register as new pros.  Pros have to comply with the Terms of Use of “friend’s invitation” and “PRO360 Terms of Use”.  If there are conflicts between the two sets of rules, “Terms of Use of Friend’s Invitation” prevails.

“Friend’s Invitation” link

According to the Terms of Use, existing pros must share their own “friend’s invitation” link to invite their friends to become new pros via personal channels such as messages or emails.  Sharing of links on open platforms such as discussion forum, coupon websites, or mass emails are not allowed, and the link will be void if existing pros violate this rule.

New pros must complete their registration on the web version of PRO360. The system will then be able to release the corresponding free credits. 

Earn free credits for quotations

Pros can get free credits after achieving the following conditions:

• Referrers

(1) Invite friends to become a pro: once the invitees become new pros in PRO360 by using the friend’s invitation link, referrers will get 20 free credits.

(2) Invitees make their first quotation: once the new pros send out their first quotations, referrers will get 40 free credits.

(3) Invitees close their first deals: once the new pros close their first deals, referrers will get 60 free credits.

Existing pros can only use the friend’s invitation link to invite a maximum of ten friends to become new pros in a year, and invitees must not be existing pros in the PRO360 platform.

• Invitees

Once the invitees become new pros in PRO360 using the friend’s invitation link, invitees will get 100 free credits.  Invitees must not be existing pros in the PRO360 platform.

Termination and change of terms declaration

PRO360 reserves the right to terminate, cancel or suspend this activity, or disqualify existing pros from participating in this activity.

If the referrers or the invitees involve in fraud, abuse, other misconduct, or any violation of PRO360's Terms of Use, PRO360 reserves the right to revoke the credits.

Other declarations

PRO360 reserves the right to change the rules and instructions of “friend’s invitation” without notifying existing pros.  PRO360 reserves the right of making final interpretation of the rules.
