Promotion discount terms

Details:

Pros activate promotion services and enjoy a 20% discount for the first ten consumers to contact

Notes to promotion:

1. This promotion is arranged by PRO360 (“platform”).
2. Pros must complete promotion setup including job preference, price table, and budget) and activate promotion service.  When customers submit their requests, PRO360 will match against pros’ job preferences and send quotes to customers if the criteria are met.  Quotation fee for the first ten customers who contact pros will enjoy a 20% discount.  PRO360 will show the number of customers’ contact for pros’ reference.
3. This promotion only applies to limited categories.  Pros shall use manual quotes for categories not included in the promotion.
4. Calculation of ‘the first ten customers to contact’ is not based on one category under promotion service, but on all categories under promotion service.
5. Under promotion service, the 20% discount applies to each customer contact and will not be reimbursed as cash.
6. When other promotions are on the platform simultaneously, this activity will be applied first.
7. Suppose a refund is required on a problematic case after being reviewed by the customer service team.  PRO360 will only refund the quotation fee, while the discount for ‘the first ten customers contact” will still be included in the calculation.
8. Pros shall comply with the terms and conditions when activating promotion.  PRO360 reserves the right to terminate if the pros violate the terms and conditions or incur any damages to PRO360.
9. PRO360 reserves the right to change, explain and terminate the activity.
