PRO360 occasionally offers promotions or rewards, and experts may receive discount coupons. So, how can you use these coupons? Here's an explanation:
Display of discount coupons:
Once you receive a discount coupon, log in to your account and you will see a blue box at the top of the "Find Jobs" page, indicating the discount coupon. It will specify the discount amount (e.g., $50 off, 20% off) and the expiration date. (Please refer to the diagram below.)
* If you have multiple coupons with different offers, only the coupon with the closest expiration date and highest priority will be displayed. Once it is used, the next applicable coupon will be shown.
Using discount coupons for quotes:
You can use discount coupons to apply discounts when providing general quotes, guaranteed replies, or New Leads tasks. When you use any of these quoting methods, the system will automatically apply the discount coupon, and you will see the discounted price. (Please refer to the diagram below.)
Important notes on using discount coupons:
- One discount coupon can only be used for one case.
- If you have multiple coupons, the system will automatically apply the coupon with the nearest expiration date. If multiple coupons have the same expiration date, the one obtained earlier will be prioritized. You cannot manually choose which coupon to use first.
- Discount coupons cannot be used for promotion service tasks. They can only be applied to general quotes, guaranteed replies, and New Leads tasks.
- Once a discount coupon is used, it cannot be refunded. If a task that used a discount coupon is later refunded, only the "actual payment amount" after applying the discount will be refunded as points, and the coupon itself will not be refunded.
