You may see “Returning Customer” under the customer details in the chatbox. What does it mean?
Returning Customer: The customer has hired a pro before in the PRO360 platform. When he submits a request again, PRO360 will remark “Returning Customer” on his new request.
Advantages of returning customer: Since this customer is not a new user, he understands how to use this platform and how to communicate with a pro. Therefore, reaching out to this type of customer will have a higher chance of closing a deal than customers who use the platform for the first time.
