When the customers are choosing pros, they will first see the reviews of the pros and the accumulated number of hire. Therefore, it is important to maintain good reviews and high number of hire.
In this article, we will explain how to confirm the number of hire, and how customers can submit a review
In PRO360, the number of hire is calculated basing on Confirm Hired by the customers. Pros may have indicated Taken Job for a job. However, this will not be included in the number of hire before the customers have confirmed hiring you.
1. Enter Chatroom of the job: click My Account➜ Job Messages➜ Under Discussion➜ Choose the Job
2. From the list Chatroom of the job, choose Taken Job: When you clicked Taken Job, the system will send email and message to the customer, to request the customer to Confirm Hired and Submit Review. When the customer received the message to Confirm Hired, we will also invite the customer to give a review. Pros do not have to send a separate review invitation.
3. Invite customers for review: If you have not received Confirm Hired from the customers, please contact the customers immediately and invite customers via the chatroom to Confirm Hired and Submit Review .
4. Customers can mark Hired for a job: Before you indicate Taken Job for a job, customers can mark Hired. If so, this will be included in the number of being hired.
5. Can customers give a review even when there is no deal?: Just like shopping in a store, even if you have not bought anything, you can still review the service of the store. So long as you have communicated with the customers (all Under Discussion Jobs), customers can give their comments through the chatroom. Even if there is no deal, you can still accumulate good customer review, which will help increase the success rate. Every time you have communicated with a customer, do not forget to invite for their comments, irrespective of whether there is a deal, through verbal or text messages. This will provide some reference for future customers.
