Customer Reference – Non-PRO360 Customers

Invite non-PRO360 customers to make recommendations for you

When you make quotations, PRO360 customers will read your pro profile, and review and recommendations made by other customers.  If you are newly registered in PRO360, you do not have any PRO360 customers and hence no reviews from PRO360 customers.  Therefore, PRO360 encourages you to invite your past customers to make good recommendations for you so that customers will know that you have loyal customers and quality service in the past. Your past customers can make a recommendation for you even if they have not registered in the PRO360 platform.   Here are the steps:

• Profile:  Log in your PRO360 account, choose Profile by click your photo on the upright corner.
• Customer Reference: Scroll at your profile page and find Reference, then click the button at right side to check your recommendation link.
• Recommendation Link: Copy the link, send it to your past customers and invite them to complete the review for you.  

You will be able to take more and more jobs with good customer recommendations.

Accumulate reviews for good recommendations
