How to give a review on pro?

Want to give the pro with excellent service a positive review？

If you have successfully hired a pro or want to express any comments on the service of the pro, you can raise it directly.   Here are the steps:

• Log in account: On the upper right corner choose Login to enter your profile page.
• Select job request:  Select the job request that you made in the PRO360 platform.
• Hire a pro: Select the pro that you would like to hire and enter the chat room page.  You can click More on the upper right corner to choose to hire a pro.
• Rate a pro: You can click More from Rate a pro to give a review.  If you use the mobile version, you can click the Green Star next to the chat box to give a rating.
• Hire multiple pros: In PRO360 platform, we only allows the hiring of one pro for each job requests, and it is not possible to select a multiple of pros.
