ConnectMe terms of use
When you activate the PRO360 ConnectMe phone service ("ConnectMe"), you agree to the terms of this ConnectMe phone service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all PRO360 Terms of Use, including automatic debit clauses, will still fully apply. Underlined terms in the following terms will be regulated in accordance with the terms defined in the PRO360 Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between the use of the ConnectMe phone service and the PRO360 Terms of Use, the terms of ConnectMe phone service shall prevail. PRO360 reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use of this automatic debit at any time without prior notice.
To use PRO360 ConnectMe phone service, PRO360 will arrange telephone connection according to the following terms:
When the call is successfully connected
When the call is successfully connected, PRO360 will show the customer’s contact information in the chatbox of this job. After this call, the pro can contact the customer who requested this job by other means instead of using PRO360 ConnectMe phone service.
When the customer accepts the incoming call
- Immediate connection
When using PRO360 ConnectMe phone service, we will connect your call immediately when the customer accepts the incoming call.
- First 3 minutes of the call are free
When using PRO360 ConnectMe phone service, the first 3 minutes are free. After 3 minutes, the fee is charged according to the below point 3 Telecom charges. Since the PRO360 ConnectMe phone service aimed to protect the pro and the customer and ensure a successful connection and is not designed for a lengthy discussion. After a successful connection, you should use other means to call or connect with the customer to avoid incurring high telecom charges.
- Telecom charges
When using PRO360 ConnectMe phone service, the first 3 minutes of the call are free. After 3 minutes, you will be charged on a per minute basis at HK$1 per minute. PRO360 will use the pro’s registered credit card (card) as the default payment method for telecom charges. PRO360 will not accept the payment of telecom charges using pro’s credits.
- After the call of the ConnectMe phone service, you can contact the customer by other means without incurring PRO360 telecom charges
After obtaining the customer’s contact information, PRO360 ConnectMe phone service will automatically stop. You can connect with the customer by other means. When you click the customer’s contact shown in the PRO360 platform using your mobile device, we will divert this call to your mobile phone. There will not be any PRO360 telecom charge, and you will only be charged by your own telecom service provider.
- Telephone recording function
To ensure service quality, we will record the call with the customer when you use PRO360 ConnectMe phone service. Call records will be shown in the chatbox of this job for your future reference. The recording function will stop when the ConnectMe phone service. PRO360 cannot provide this Call recording function when you contact the customer by other means.
When the customer chooses to connect at a specific time
When the customer accepts your call from PRO360 ConnectMe phone service but chooses to talk at a specified time, PRO360 will connect you with the customer at the scheduled time under the following conditions:
- Call back according to the customer’s scheduled time
If the customer would like to connect with you at a specific time, we will show you the time and make the connection at the scheduled time. Please pick up the call at the scheduled time. When the call is successfully connected, the Terms for “When the customer accepts the incoming call” apply.
- Call back according to the customer’s scheduled time but fail to connect the customer
If your call from PRO360 ConnectMe phone service fails to connect the customer at the scheduled time, PRO360 will treat this call as ‘not successful’, therefore no charge for quotations or calls will be incurred. PRO360 will inform the pro, and the pro has to reactivate the ConnectMe phone service to contact the customer.
- Call back according to the scheduled time but fail to connect the pro
If the call from PRO360 ConnectMe phone service fails to connect the pro at the scheduled time (for instance, pro did not pick up the call or phone in use), PRO360 will treat this as a ‘successful’ call and charge the pro. PRO360 will inform the pro and will show the customer’s contact information in the chatbox of this job. Pro has to contact the customer by other means and will not be charged by PRO360.
Customer is busy or misses the call
If the customer is busy or has missed our call, no charge will be incurred by PRO360. We will arrange another call under the following conditions. Please note that no charge will be applied if call is ‘not successful’.
- Automatic arrangement of return call time
If the customer is busy or misses the call arranged by PRO360 ConnectMe phone service, we will show the status to pro and ask if pro would like to re-schedule another call time. If pro chooses to re-schedule, we will call the customer at that time slot. If the customer answers the call, we will connect with the pro immediately.
- Call back function is off
If the pro off the Call back function, you need to reset the Telephone Connection Service and call the customer again.
- PRO360 will not charge on any non-successful call
If the customer does not answer the call, the pro can reactivate ConnectMe phone service. PRO360 will not charge on any non-successful call. If it keeps on to be non-successful, we will remark the job request as ‘not receiving calls’.
Fail to connect the customer via phone
If the pro is not able to connect the customer via PRO360 ConnectMe phone service, PRO360 will not charge any fees. The pro can still contact the customer in the chatbox, and if the customer responds to your message, then PRO360 will charge according to the quotation fee scheme. The pro can contact the customer by other means and does not need to go through PRO360 Connect Me phone service.
How to deduct Telecom charge?
PRO360 will use the following ways to debit telecom charges: (a) one-time charge based on a specific time period; (b) one-time charge based on a specific charge amount limit; (c) charge pro’s registered credit card after every call. Please note that PRO360 will charge the amount from pro’s registered credit card but not from credits.
How to check the telecom charge payment details?
You can check the payment details from the transaction records under “Account Setting”.
