Service hours function as the official operating hours of your company. You can also define specific conditions, such as the maximum number of clients that can be serviced simultaneously and the required advance notice for appointments within the same time slot. When the promotion service is enabled, any tasks that do not meet your specified conditions will be automatically excluded. This helps you avoid being contacted for fully booked or unavailable times.
Below is a step-by-step guide to setting up your service hours:
- Log in to Your Account: Click "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage to access your personal account.
- Navigate to the Profile Page:
- Click your profile picture in the upper right corner.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the company profile you wish to edit.
- Open the Service Hours Editing Page:
- Scroll down to the Service Hours section.
- Click the edit icon on the right to begin configuring your schedule.
- Edit your company's service hours:
- Specify the start and end times for each day according to your actual operating hours.

You can configure up to two separate time slots per day to accommodate different service periods.

- The minimum advance notice required for booking.
