Professionals (PROs) can use the calendar to schedule service suspension periods. If your company is unable to provide services on specific dates or times for any reason, you can configure the system to automatically exclude those time slots from task matching. This helps you avoid unnecessary budget spending and reduces communication costs for both customers and experts.
Below is a step-by-step guide to setting up your calendar:
- Log in to your account: Click "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage to access your account.
- Access the "Calendar" page: Click the calendar icon to open the calendar view.
- Add a "Block time": Click the "Add Block Time" icon in the bottom left corner to open the settings window. If you click "Block all day", the system will create an event that pauses your services for the entire day.
- Configure the Block Time Details: Select the date and specify the start and end times of the suspension period (you can turn off the "All day" toggle to set specific hours).
Enter a title for the suspension event, then click Add in the bottom right corner to save.
- Edit a "Block time": To modify an existing suspension, click the arrow icon next to the event and open the editing page.
- Calendar Display Indicators:
- Green text: Current date
- Gray text: Non-service hours
Strike-through: Full-day suspension- Gray dot: Partial suspension on that day
- Blue dot: Appointment scheduled on that day
