Auto quote is a feature of the Promotion service that automatically introduces PROs to potential customers.
It addresses the issue of being charged for sending a quote without receiving any customer response. Once a customer submits a request, they will immediately see your quote and profile. If they are interested in your services, they can proactively contact you.
By enabling the Auto quote feature, the system automatically sends your quote to tasks that match your specified conditions. This saves time by removing the need to quote manually and streamlines the entire quoting and order management process. You no longer have to worry about missing quoting opportunities due to a busy schedule, allowing you to focus on delivering professional services and improving conversion rates.
This article will guide you through how to use Auto quote to attract more customers effectively.

1. What are the benefits of Auto quote?
Be first to quote: When customers submit requests that match your criteria, they instantly receive your quote, giving you the advantage of being the first to engage.
More effective customer acquisition: Customers review your profile and show genuine interest before contacting you, increasing the likelihood of a successful transaction.
Proactive customer contacts: Avoid the issue of customers not responding to your quotes.
Improved operational efficiency: The system works 24/7 to match you with tasks automatically, saving time and ensuring you never miss opportunities.
2. How does Auto quote work?
(1) Automatic quote delivery
When a customer submits a request that matches your conditions, the system automatically sends your pre-set quote message in real time.
Your quote will appear at the top of the customer's list, highlighted as a recommended PRO. Customers will read your quote and profile before deciding whether to get in touch.
(2) Customers contact you only if interested
After receiving your automatic quote, customers can click Chat with PRO to start a conversation if they are interested in your services. You will only incur charges when a customer proactively contacts you.
3. How is Auto quote charged?
(1) Fees are only charged upon proactive contact
Sending an automatic quote is free of charge.
Charges only apply when a customer clicks Chat with PRO, enters the chat room, and either:
Sends you a non-rejecting message, or
Actively retrieves your contact number.
You can view the applicable contact fees for each task in the Budget section. (For details, refer to How can I check the quotation fees for different jobs?).
Charges will be deducted from your stored credits first. If credits are insufficient, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
(2) Control spending with budget settings
You can set a weekly spending limit in the Budget settings.
When the limit is reached, Auto quote will automatically pause until the next budget cycle.
You can adjust or update your budget at any time without additional service fees or monthly charges.
For detailed instructions, refer to the FAQ for "Promotion Service".
4. What should you prepare before enabling Auto quote?
When customer requests fully match your specified criteria, the system will automatically send your quote.
To avoid incurring costs from unsuitable requests, review and adjust your settings in "Services":
(1) Set travel preferences and service area
Define whether you accept online-only tasks or in-person jobs within specific areas.
(2) Define job types
The system uses job types to determine if a customer's request is relevant.
Setting accurate job types ensures you are only matched with tasks you want.
Example:
If you provide house cleaning but do not accept tasks involving pets, uncheck the Have pet option.
If you only offer services by female staff, uncheck the Male option.
This prevents the system from matching you with tasks outside your preferences.
Note: Because customer requests can be diverse, some may select Others in the request form. If you are unsure whether you can handle certain requests, it is recommended to uncheck them.
(3) Exclude unavailable time slots
For tasks where customers specify preferred service times, set your company’s service hours and enable Only accept jobs during service hours.
Tasks scheduled outside your available hours will be excluded automatically.
If you have set up block times in your calendar, Auto quote will also avoid those periods.
For details, refer to: What are "Service Hours" and "Calendar"?
(4) Set price list and quote message
Customers often prefer PROs who display clear pricing.
Fill in your item prices in the price list rather than using Quote after discussion, which may reduce trust and lower the chance of selection.
In your quote message, briefly greet the customer, introduce your services, and explain what is included in your pricing. This helps avoid misunderstandings and reduces the chance of receiving contacts from customers who cannot accept your price.
For details, refer to How to set price list?
(5) Determine the weekly budget
When your weekly Promotion service spending (including Auto quote and Book now) reaches the weekly target budget you set, the system will stop sending automatic quotes.
You can adjust your budget or review your spending records anytime in the Budget page.
For details, refer to the FAQ for "Promotion Service".
(6) Optimize your PRO profiles to increase contacts
Customers decide whether to contact you based on your profile.
Provide comprehensive information in your Service description, including the services you offer and your pricing.
Enhance your PRO Profile by:
Describing your experience and achievements
Uploading service photos
Answering frequently asked questions
A detailed and professional profile builds trust and increases the likelihood of customers choosing your services.
