The Promotion service is an advanced way to develop new customer leads. By using the Promotion service, you can increase your exposure, attract more customers, and encourage them to proactively contact you.
There are currently two modes of the Promotion service. Enabling either of the following features will start promoting your services:
-
Auto quote: The system will automatically send a quote to qualified customers as soon as they submit a request, allowing them to receive your pricing immediately.
-
Book now: This feature allows new eligible customers to preview your available service dates while viewing your profile and directly schedule appointments with you.
You can enable both modes simultaneously or choose to use only one. In either case, you will only be charged a contact fee when a customer proactively contacts you.

1. What is the difference between “Promotion Service” and “Manual Quote”?
When you use the Promotion service, the system automatically matches you with customers based on your configured service methods, service coverage, and Job types.
In contrast, with Manual quote or Guaranteed Reply, you need to browse the task list yourself, select the jobs you are interested in, and manually submit your quotes.
In addition, before using the Promotion service, you will set a promotion budget. You can always view your budget usage, and you will only be charged when customers proactively contact you, which significantly increases conversion rates and communication efficiency.
2. What are the benefits of the “Promotion Service”?
The Promotion service solves the problem where, in the past, PROs could not respond instantly, and customers had to wait for quotes.
For PROs, there is no longer the issue of customers reading your quote without responding—fees are only charged when customers take the initiative to contact you.
Because Auto quote delivers instant pricing and customers proactively reach out, the likelihood of successful transactions is further improved. The Book now feature also allows customers to immediately preview your available dates and directly convert their interest into appointment requests.
All you need to do is set up your pricing table and weekly budget in "Job Match Setting". The system will automatically send Auto quotes based on your target number of customer contacts.
3. How is the “Promotion Service” charged?
Whether you use Auto quote or Book now, fees are only charged when customers proactively contact you.
-
Auto quote: Quotes automatically sent by the system are free of charge. You will only be charged when a customer replies to your quote. This includes the customer proactively sending you a message (if the first message is an explicit decline, no fee will be charged) or when the customer retrieves your contact number. Only the first contact will incur a fee—subsequent communications are free.
-
Book now: When customers browse your profile, they can directly see your available dates and times, fill out the request form, and book an appointment. If their request meets your configured criteria, the system will create an appointment and charge a contact fee. If the customer’s request does not meet your criteria, no fee will be charged.
4. What is the weekly budget?
The Promotion service budget is set as a weekly maximum budget per project.
When you set your budget, we will estimate the expected number of customer contacts you could receive. You can configure this according to how many customer contacts you would like.
Once your spending for the week reaches your budget limit, the Promotion service will automatically pause. It will restart on the following Monday when the new budget cycle begins.
If the actual number of customer contacts is lower than our estimate, you will only be charged based on the actual contacts received. Your fees will never exceed the budget limit you have set.
5. Can I adjust the weekly budget immediately?
You can adjust your budget at any time.
-
If you increase your budget, the system will apply the change immediately.
-
You can also lower your budget or disable the Promotion service at any time. These changes will also take effect immediately.
However, any contacts that occurred earlier in the same week will still be charged.
6. How does the budget cycle work?
The budget cycle runs from Monday to Sunday each week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59). The spending record resets every Monday at midnight.
If you reach your budget limit for the week, the Promotion service will stop and resume on the following Monday when the new cycle begins.
When you adjust your budget, the system will reflect the change right away.
Each week’s budget limit is calculated independently—any unused budget will not carry over to the next week.
7. How does the “Promotion service” process payments?
The Promotion service settles payments every Monday at midnight.
The fees, based on your customer contact count, will be deducted from your linked credit card.
If you have unused credits in your account, the system will prioritise using credits first. If your credits are insufficient, the balance will be charged to your credit card.
If your outstanding balance reaches SGD 30 before the scheduled settlement date, the system will process an early payment by charging your credit card.
For more details, please refer to: Credit Card Payment Timing Rules.
8. Can I use Manual quote and the “Promotion service” at the same time?
Yes, you can use both quoting methods concurrently.
For any given task, we will only charge you once.
The fee will be determined based on whichever quoting method occurs first.
-
For example, if a customer proactively contacts you via the Promotion service before you submit a Manual quote, the Promotion service fee will apply.
-
Conversely, if you submit a Manual quote first, the fee will follow the Manual quote pricing for that project category.
