When PROs use PRO360 services and meet the charging criteria, the platform will first deduct fees from prepaid credits. If the prepaid credits are insufficient, the platform will then charge the fee to the linked credit card or debit card (collectively referred to as credit card).
To avoid confusion in transaction records, each task’s fee will be charged using a single payment method. This means that if prepaid credits are insufficient, the full contact fee for that task will be charged to your credit card. It will not be split between prepaid credits and credit card.
Below is an explanation of when the platform will charge fees to your credit card:
Charging Schedule
- Per-task charging: In principle, fees are charged on a per-task basis and deducted directly from the credit card when applicable.
- Accumulated charges below SGD 30: If a single charge is less than SGD 30, it will be accumulated with other charges until the total reaches SGD 30, at which point the accumulated amount will be charged.
- Weekly settlement: Every Sunday at 12:00 midnight, the system will settle any outstanding amounts below SGD 30. These will be charged to the credit card at 12:00 midnight on Monday.
- Month-end settlement: At the end of each month, the system will also settle any outstanding amounts below SGD 30. These will be charged to the credit card at 12:00 midnight on the 1st of the following month.
Summary
- If the task fee is SGD 30 or above, the system will charge the credit card immediately.
- If the task fee is below SGD 30, it will either be accumulated until the total reaches SGD 30 or settled at the next weekly or month-end clearing.
Examples
- A PRO quotes for a SGD 50 task and a contact fee is incurred. If prepaid credits are insufficient, the full SGD 50 will be charged immediately to the credit card.
- A PRO quotes for a SGD 20 task and a contact fee is incurred. If prepaid credits are insufficient, the fee will not be charged immediately. When the PRO later quotes for another SGD 20 task, the accumulated outstanding amount will reach SGD 30. At this point, both fees (SGD 40 total) will be charged to the credit card.
- A PRO quotes for three tasks with SGD 10 fees each within the same week. Since the accumulated amount is less than SGD 30, the charges will be settled at 12:00 midnight on Monday, and a total of SGD 30 will be charged to the credit card.
