Do you want to use PRO360’s services but don’t have a credit card? Don’t worry!
Below, we explain the available solutions:
1. Top-Up with Credits
On the PRO360 platform, most fees are deducted from your prepaid credits first.
If your credits are insufficient to pay for a particular job, the entire fee for that job will be charged to the credit card you have linked.
Prepaying credits is more cost-effective and makes it easier to control your spending. At the moment, you can top up your credits using a credit card.
2. Using the Promotion Service or Standard Quote Feature
When you want to enable the Promotion Service or use the Standard Quote feature to send quotes, the system may display a “Credit Card Not Linked” message.
This is because these features do not charge you at the time you send a quote; fees are only charged based on the customer’s response. Therefore, you must link a credit card as a backup payment method in case your credits run out.
If you do not have a credit card, you can also link a debit card instead.
What is a Debit Card?
A debit card is a bank card that allows you to make payments directly from your bank account, up to the available account balance.
In Singapore, debit cards are usually issued by local banks when you open a current or savings account.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old (for most banks) and hold valid proof of identity such as an NRIC or passport.
Some banks may require you to have a bank account with them in order to apply for a debit card.
3. What If I Don’t Have a Credit Card or a Debit Card?
If you do not have either a credit card or a debit card, you will not be able to complete your payment setup and therefore cannot use the Promotion Service or Standard Quote feature.
