PRO360’s contact fees are calculated based on several factors including the quoting model, service type, task value, advertising costs, and competitive activity on the platform. Each contact fee is set using a data-driven approach that analyses both consumer behavior and PRO quoting patterns to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
Since various dynamic factors influence pricing, contact fees may change from time to time to reflect market trends and user behavior.
Why Do Contact Fees Change?
We regularly review and adjust pricing based on supply and demand. For example:
-
If the success rate of a service drops while more PROs compete for the same tasks, we may lower the contact fee to ensure fairer returns on your investment.
-
Conversely, when service demand increases or task value rises, pricing may increase to reflect the potential return.
These adjustments allow PRO360 to maintain a balanced ecosystem where both customers and PROs benefit.
Why Are Fees Different for Each Quote Model?
PRO360 currently supports two quoting models:
-
Standard quote
-
Promotion Service
Each model offers distinct advantages and fee structures. The fees vary based on:
-
How the quote is initiated (manually or automatically),
-
The level of flexibility in customer targeting,
-
The average conversion rate for that service category.
Because of these variables, the platform sets different price points to reflect the value and performance of each model.
💡 Note: If you're using Promotion Service, we recommend checking your weekly budget regularly. If contact fees are adjusted mid-week, changes will only apply starting the following Monday to give you time to plan ahead.
Why Are Fees Different Even Within the Same Service?
Contact fees are also influenced by the case value—a combination of the customer’s budget, project size, scope, and the number of PROs competing.
Higher-value tasks typically come with a higher contact fee, while standard or lower-budget tasks will be more affordable. This pricing structure ensures you're only paying in proportion to the potential return.
Example:
If a customer submits two carpentry requests with different budgets, the system will assign a higher contact fee to the request with the larger budget and scope.
How Can I Check the Contact Fee for Each Task?
-
For Standard Quote Tasks:
You can view the contact fee directly when reading the task details before quoting. -
For Promotion Service Leads:
