What can credits be used for?
Credits are the payment method used on PRO360. They are required to pay for customer contact fees, especially when using services like the Promotion Service or submitting standard quotes for tasks.
Currently, credit top-ups can only be made via credit card. For more information about available plans, please read "Credit packs".
Can credits be refunded?
If you encounter issues after contacting a customer—such as incorrect contact information or the job details not matching the customer’s request—you may report the problem through the task chatroom.
Our customer service team will review the case. If it meets our refund policy, we’ll refund the credits directly to your PRO360 account.
Please note: credits are non-refundable as cash.
For details, see our FAQ on quote fee and refund.
Can I use credits for the Promotion Service?
Yes. Credits can be used to cover contact fees for all supported services, including:
-
Standard Quote
-
Promotion Service (Auto-Quote and Booking Service)
Credits will be automatically deducted whenever a task generates a charge. If your balance is insufficient, the system will charge your linked credit card.
How does automatic top-up credits works?
To avoid failed payments or service interruptions, you can enable Automatic Top-up. When your credit balance is too low to cover a contact fee, the system will automatically top up your account using your selected credit card and amount plan.
Why is there a $1 SGD charge on my credit card?
When you register a credit card for the first time—either for one-time top-up or enabling auto top-up—the system will perform a $1 SGD test charge for verification purposes.
Once the verification is complete, this amount will be returned to your account balance as credits.
