Have you noticed the tasks labelled "New Leads" in your task messages?
New Leads are one of the ways to acquire customers on the PRO360 platform. This article will help you understand:
- How do you receive New Leads tasks?
- What is the response rate for New Leads tasks?
- What happens if your response rate is low—and how can you improve it?
1. How do you receive New Leads tasks?
When customers search for services on the PRO360 website or browse PRO profiles, they can directly "Request a Quote" from your PRO profile if they are interested in your introduction or service description.
There are two scenarios:
(1) The service item has "Promotion Service" disabled.
Tasks where customers proactively request a quote will appear as New Leads in your task messages.
You can review the customer's requirements and decide whether to accept or reject the task.
- Accept: The platform will charge you a contact fee, and you can directly contact the customer.
- Reject: You will gain exposure for free, and no charges will apply.
(2) The service item has "Promotion Service" enabled.
If the customer’s request does not exactly match your working conditions, it will be displayed as a New Lead.
-
You can review the details before deciding whether to accept or reject the task.
Accept: A contact fee will be charged, and you can directly contact the customer.
Reject: You will gain free exposure, and no charges will apply.
Note: If the task perfectly matches your working conditions, the system will automatically send your pre-set auto quote, and the task will become a Promotion Service lead instead of a New Lead.
2. What is the response rate for New Leads?
The response rate is the percentage of New Leads tasks you respond to, whether you accept or reject them.
Accepting or rejecting both count as a response.
Rejecting is not a problem—it helps customers quickly find other suitable PROs, and you won’t incur any charges.
-
If you are interested in the customer’s requirements, respond promptly and accept the task to establish contact.
When customers invite you to quote, it shows they are interested in your services, which increases the likelihood of closing a deal.
Delays can cost you opportunities—another PRO may respond first and secure the customer.
3. What happens if your response rate is low—and how can you improve it?
If your New Leads response rate drops below 75%, the system will lower your PRO profile’s ranking in the PRO list, reducing your exposure.
How to Improve Your Response Rate:
Actively respond to New Leads—accept or reject promptly.
Enable Promotion Service to capture more qualified leads.
Enrich your PRO profile with complete and appealing information to attract more customers.
Doing these will improve your profile’s ranking, increase your exposure, and generate more opportunities for free leads.
