Quotation Pricing Rules

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them under the PRO360 Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”).

Service Providers may choose one of the following quotation pricing models when submitting quotations to Customers.

Standard Quote Pricing Model

After a Customer submits a service request through the PRO360 Platform, the Platform will match the request with suitable Service Providers and send notifications regarding the Customer's request.

At this stage, the Customer's telephone number, email address, and other contact information have not been disclosed to the Service Provider, and therefore no fee will be charged to the Service Provider.

If the Service Provider decides to submit a quotation to the Customer, PRO360 will send the quotation message to the Customer. A fee will only be charged when the Customer responds to the Service Provider, and such fee shall be deducted in accordance with the Terms of Use.

For the purposes of this pricing model, a Customer Response occurs when:

(a) the Customer replies to the Service Provider through the messaging function in text form; or

(b) the Service Provider successfully connects with the Customer through the ConnectMe Service and both parties successfully complete a telephone conversation.

Auto Quote Pricing Model

The Service Provider may preset service criteria and a periodic budget limit.

Where a Customer request fully satisfies the preset criteria established by the Service Provider, the PRO360 Platform will automatically submit a quotation to the Customer.

No fee will be charged when the quotation is submitted.

A fee will only be charged when the Customer responds to the Service Provider, and such fee shall be deducted in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Once the Service Provider's budget limit is reached, the PRO360 Platform will automatically suspend further quotations until the commencement of the next budget cycle, at which time quotations will resume automatically.

New Leads Pricing Model

Where a Customer proactively invites a Service Provider to submit a quotation, a fee will only be charged when the Service Provider accepts the invitation and submits a quotation.

Such fee shall be deducted in accordance with the Terms of Use.
