PRO360 Credit Terms

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in these Credit Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the PRO360 Terms of Use.

1. PRO360 Credits

1.1

PRO360 Credits do not expire.

1.2

PRO360 Credits may only be used for services and features available on the PRO360 Platform.

1.3

PRO360 Credits are non-transferable, may not be resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.

1.4

When a User uses a paid feature on the PRO360 Platform, PRO360 will first deduct available Credits from the User's account.

Where the User's Credit balance is insufficient to pay the applicable fee, the full fee shall be charged to the User's linked payment card.

Fees shall be charged using a single payment method only. PRO360 will not split a single fee between Credits and a linked payment card.

For example, where the applicable fee is S$50.00 and the User's Credit balance is 30 Credits, the full fee of S$50.00 will be charged to the linked payment card.

1.5

Credits shall be deducted in the following order:

(a) PRO360 Credits;

(b) Refunded Credits; and

(c) Bonus Credits.

1.6

A User may request a refund of unused PRO360 Credits by contacting PRO360 Customer Support and completing the account settlement process.

The refundable amount shall not exceed the amount originally paid by the User for the relevant Credits.

Any Bonus Credits remaining in the User's account shall be forfeited upon account settlement.

PRO360 may charge an administrative fee of three percent (3%) of the refund amount.

Where a User repeatedly requests account settlement or refunds, PRO360 reserves the right to restrict the User's access to certain Platform features.

2. Bonus Credits

2.1

Bonus Credits may be awarded through promotional campaigns, new account registrations, purchase promotions, referral programs, seasonal campaigns, or other promotional activities.

2.2

The validity period of Bonus Credits shall be specified in the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Credits shall expire no later than one (1) year after the date on which they are granted.

Unused Bonus Credits will automatically expire and be removed from the User's account without notice.

2.3

Bonus Credits may only be used for services and features available on the PRO360 Platform.

2.4

Bonus Credits may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

2.5

Bonus Credits have no cash value.

2.6

Where Bonus Credits are awarded in connection with the purchase of PRO360 Credits, the User must first fully utilize all purchased PRO360 Credits before any Bonus Credits may be used.

Users are solely responsible for monitoring the validity period of Bonus Credits.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Credit Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Credit Terms.

4. Amendments

PRO360 reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these Credit Terms at any time.

Any updated Credit Terms shall be published on the PRO360 Platform and shall take effect upon publication.

Users should review these Credit Terms carefully before purchasing any PRO360 Credits.
