Service hours can be considered as the operating hours of your company. You can also set conditions such as the number of clients serviced simultaneously and the advance notice required for appointments during the same time slot. When the promotion service is enabled, tasks that do not meet the specified conditions will be automatically excluded, avoiding situations where you are contacted for fully booked tasks.
Here is a detailed guide on how to set your service hours:
- Log in to your account: Click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage to access your personal account.
- Go to the "Profile" page: Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, then select "Profile." Choose the company you want to edit.
- Access the "Service Hours" editing page: Scroll down until you find the "Service Hours" section, and click on the edit icon on the right.
- Edit your company's service hours: Edit each day's start and end times based on your actual operating hours. You can set up to two service time slots per day.

- Access the "Services" settings page: Go to "Service Setting" and select the service item you want to apply the service hours to. Click on the "Edit" button on the right.
- Apply "Service Hours": Check the box that says "Use company service hours" and click the "Save" button at the bottom right.
