PROs can also use the calendar to set up service suspension dates. If your company is unable to provide services on specific dates or times for any reason, you can have the system automatically exclude those time slots from matching, avoiding unnecessary budget expenditures and saving communication costs for both consumers and experts.
Here is a detailed guide on how to set up your calendar:
-
Log in to your account: Click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage to access your personal account.
-
Access the "Calendar" page: Click on the calendar icon in the project management section.
-
Add a "Block time": Click on the icon to add a "Block time" and enter the settings window. If you click on "Block all day", it will directly add an event to pause the service for the entire day.
- Set the details of the "Block time": Based on your needs, you can freely select the date and the start and end times of the pause period (by turning off the "All Day" toggle). Enter the title for the service suspension, and finally click the "Add" button at the bottom right.
- Edit the "Block time": Click on the arrow icon next to the pause event to enter the editing page.
-
Calendar Display Rules:
- Green font: Current date
- Gray font: Non-service hours for the company
- Strike-through: Pause period for the entire day
- Gray dot: Partial service suspension on that day
- Blue dot: Appointment events on that day
