Cancel a job request

Manage My Job Request

Go to the taskbar, click My projects.  Go to the job that you would like to cancel for the details. 

Cancel a job request

To cancel a job request, click “More”, choose “Update project Status”, “Close project” and send.

The status of the request will show “canceled”

Please note that you will not be able to see pro’s information and chat record after you cancel a request.
