When you are discussing with a Pro and would like to arrange a service time, you can use the “Schedule Appointment” function in the chatroom to propose your preferred service time.
Please note: this feature is only a reminder for both parties. Both you and the Pro can freely add, edit, or delete the appointment time. There is no “accept” or “reject” function. Therefore, we strongly recommend confirming the service time with the Pro first before creating the appointment, to avoid confusion caused by frequent changes.
Steps to Schedule an Appointment

Add an Appointment
In the chatroom with the Pro, click the “⋯” (More options) on the top right, then select “Make Appointment”, or use the quick reply “What to make appointment with you”.

Select Service Time
The system will display a calendar with the Pro’s available dates (greyed-out dates cannot be booked). After selecting a date, you will see the available time slots. Choose your preferred service time and save it.

Confirmation Message in Chatroom
Once the appointment is created, a reminder message will appear at the top of the chatroom. The system will also notify the Pro, and a blue reminder box will appear in the Pro’s chatroom.

Edit or Delete Appointment
Click “Edit (>)” in the blue reminder box to change or delete the appointment. The Pro can also add, edit, or delete appointments, and all updates will show in your chatroom.
Important Notes
This function is only a time reminder. Confirm with the Pro before adding the appointment to avoid repeated changes.
After confirming the service time, you can click “Hire” in the chatroom menu to confirm your choice. You may also leave feedback based on your chat experience, or return later after the service to provide a review.
