How does automatic top-up work?
Automatic top-up is not the same as a monthly subscription. It works when your credits have been used up, or the balance is insufficient. The system will automatically top-up the balance according to the payment plan that you have chosen.
If automatic top-up is turned on, when your credits have been used up, or the balance is insufficient, the system will top up the amount according to your chosen payment plan using your bound credit card. Automatic top-up is an automatic payment method using credit cards, and the advantages are quick and convenient. What’s more is that you can earn the discount specified for your payment plan every time you top up your credits!
If you have not chosen Automatic Top-up, the default payment method is Pay-as-you-use. You can monitor your costs according to the actual number of quotations made. Please be reassured that no costs will be incurred without usage.

How to setup Automatic Top-up
Go to the Credit pack page, select Auto refill, and the desired amount.

If you have set up an Automatic Top-up amount, you will earn the discount of the top up plans every time you top up credits.
When will credits be deducted?
Credits will be deducted only when you contact the customers to make a quotation or when you turn on Promotion Service to allow customers to approach you directly for communications. Unless you have insufficient credits, we will then deduct the amount from your bound credit card.
Stop using “Automatic Top-up” or change the amount
On the “Automatic Deduction” page, your selected payment plan will be shown as the first entry, and it will be marked “In Use”. If you confirm to stop using “Automatic Top-up” and change to “Pay-as-you-use”, the system will deduct the exact amount for a particular quotation every time a quotation is made.
