Do you want to use PRO360’s services but don’t have a credit card? Don’t worry! Even without a credit card, there are other ways to top up your credits and pay to acquire customers. Below, we will explain the solutions for two different scenarios:
1. Top-Up
On the PRO360 platform, most fees are deducted from your prepaid credits first. If your credits are insufficient to pay for a particular job, the entire fee for that job will be charged to the credit card you have linked.
Prepaying credits is not only more cost-effective but also makes it easier to control your spending. In addition to topping up with a credit card, you can also use FPS Pay (Faster Payment System) to top up:
In the payment method dropdown menu, simply select the payment method you want to use.
2. Using the Promotion Service or Guaranteed Reply Feature
When you want to enable the Promotion Service or use the Guaranteed Reply feature to send quotes, the system may display a message saying “Credit Card Not Linked.”
This is because these two features do not charge fees at the moment you send a quote; fees are only charged based on the customer’s response. Therefore, you need to link a credit card as a backup payment method in case your credits are insufficient.
If you do not have a credit card, you can link a debit card instead.
What is a Debit Card?
A debit card is a bank card that can be used like a credit card, but the spending limit is equal to the available balance in your bank account.
Applicants must be at least 12 years old and hold a Hong Kong Identity Card or passport.
Some banks may require you to have an existing bank account with them before issuing a debit card.
3. What If I Don’t Have a Credit Card or a Debit Card?
If you don’t have either a credit card or a debit card, you will not be able to complete your payment setup and therefore cannot use the Promotion Service or Guaranteed Reply feature.
However, you can still top up credits and use the basic quoting function to acquire customers.
