Free Credits Expiry Rules and Campaign Rewards
This article explains the definition of Free Credits, common ways to obtain them, their usage period, transitional arrangements, and how to view the relevant records.
1. What are Free Credits?
Free Credits refer to Credits that you receive through campaigns, promotional offers, registration rewards, referral rewards, or other giveaways provided by the platform. They are not Credits purchased by you.
Both purchased Credits and Free Credits can be used for any quotation charging method on the PRO360 Platform, but their usage periods are different:

Purchased Credits:
Credits obtained based on the actual amount paid by you, excluding any campaign bonus Credits, are valid permanently and do not have an expiry date. -
Free Credits:
Free Credits are valid for one year from the date on which they are obtained, and will automatically expire after the expiry date.

2. How can Free Credits be obtained?
The Free Credits in your account may come from the following:
- Credits given as a bonus when purchasing a Credits package
- Registration rewards for first-time registration
- Referral rewards
- Campaign rewards
- Other reward Credits issued according to campaign announcements

3. How is the usage period of Free Credits calculated?
In principle, Free Credits are valid for one year from the date on which they are obtained. After the usage period expires, any unused Free Credits will automatically expire. They cannot be extended, and no individual notice will be given. Please monitor the usage status of Credits in your account.
Examples:
Example 1:
If you receive registration reward Credits on 1 September 2026, those Free Credits may be used until 1 September 2027.
Example 2:
If you receive referral reward Credits on 15 October 2026, those Free Credits may be used until 15 October 2027.
The actual expiry time shall be subject to the system calculation.
※ If an individual campaign specifies a different usage period, the campaign announcement shall prevail, provided that the usage period shall not exceed one year from the date on which the Free Credits are obtained.
※ The usage period may be different in certain special circumstances, such as refunded Credits. Please refer to the FAQs below.
4. Transitional Arrangements
For Free Credits already held before the new rules take effect on 1 September 2026, the following transitional arrangements will apply:
4.1 Bonus Credits obtained from purchasing Credits
- Obtained before 1 September 2026: Expiry date is 1 September 2027.
- Obtained on or after 1 September 2026: Valid for one year from the date on which they are obtained.
4.2 Campaign rewards, such as first-time registration rewards and referral rewards
- Obtained before 1 September 2025: Expiry date is 1 September 2026.
- Obtained on or after 2 September 2025: Valid for one year from the date on which they are obtained.
Please note that if your account holds Free Credits obtained at different times, the expiry date of each batch of Credits will be calculated separately according to the actual date on which they were obtained and the applicable rules. We recommend that you check and use them in advance.
5. How are Credits deducted?
When you use paid features on the platform, if your account has sufficient Credits, the system will deduct Credits first. If your Credits are insufficient, the full amount will be charged to your linked credit card. Payment will not be split between Credits and credit card.
Credits will be deducted in the following order:
- Purchased Credits
- Refunded Credits
- Free Credits
If you hold multiple batches of Free Credits at the same time, the system will deduct them in order based on their respective expiry dates.
6. How can I view my Free Credits and their expiry dates?
You can go to your account transaction records to view records relating to your Credits, including top-ups, deductions, and refunds.
In your transaction records, you can view:
- Records of each batch of Credits obtained
- Records of each Credit deduction
- The expiry date of each batch of Free Credits
- Details of changes to your account Credits balance
We recommend that you check your transaction records regularly and pay attention to the expiry date of each batch of Free Credits to avoid expiry.
7. FAQs
7.1 Can expired Free Credits be restored?
No. Once Free Credits exceed their usage period, they will automatically expire and cannot be extended, reissued, or restored.
7.2 Can Free Credits be exchanged for cash or transferred?
No. Free Credits may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
7.3 What is the difference between Free Credits and purchased Credits?
Purchased Credits are Credits purchased by you and do not have an expiry date. Free Credits are given by the platform or obtained through campaigns, and are valid for one year from the date on which they are obtained. They will automatically expire after the expiry date.
7.4 How is the expiry date calculated for refunded Credits?
If a job is reviewed and meets the refund criteria, the Credits will be refunded to your PRO360 account for reuse. If they are purchased Credits, they do not have an expiry date. If they are Free Credits, the usage period will be recalculated as 90 days from the refund date.
7.5 Why were other Credits deducted first even though I have Free Credits?
The system follows a fixed order for Credit deductions. It deducts purchased Credits first, then Refunded Credits, and Free Credits last. If your Free Credits were given as a bonus when purchasing a package, they can only be used after the purchased Credits have been fully used.
7.6 How long does it take to receive rewards after joining a campaign?
The issuance time and conditions may vary depending on the campaign. Please refer to the relevant campaign announcement. If you have met the campaign eligibility requirements but have not received the Credits, please contact customer support for assistance.
8. Notes
If a campaign has separate rules, the relevant campaign announcement shall prevail.
PRO360 reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate campaigns and Credit rules. Any changes will be announced on the relevant pages of the platform.
