Steps of Promotion Service setting

Auto Quotation mode only applies to part of the service items, which will be expanded to cover more service items in future.  If Auto Quotation is available for the service items that you provide, you can choose the desired service item and follow the set-up steps and start getting in touch with more new customers.     

1. Click the upper right corner, enter Services from My Account

2. The status of individual service items will be shown (see the examples as shown in the below photos)

    • Auto Quotation not supported

     • If the "Go To Setting" is shown, it means that service item supports Auto Quotation

      • If Promotion Service is shown, it means that Auto Quotation has already been turned on.   

3. Set up Auto Quotation

• Choose service item and go to set up
• For different service items, the content and the basis for setting up prices are different. Please follow the following steps to set up so that the system can match the best jobs for you.  The relevant set-up can be adjusted or suspended anytime according to your needs.

(1) Set Service Mode: Choose Service Mode – I can provide on-site service, Customers to come to my store, I provide remote service

(2) Set Service Area: Choose the area(s) that you can provide service

(3) Set Job Conditions: Base on the contents and actual job situation, set up the conditions of the jobs that you would like to take.

(4) Set price table:  Fill in all the items of the price table.  If you find it difficult to set up the price table at the beginning for your service item, you can choose quotation after discussion.

(5) Set budget: Set up the weekly budget limit to determine the number of customer contacts.  If your spending reaches the limit, the system will stop making Auto Quotation for jobs immediately. In addition, please bind your credit card to successfully turn on the function.  When binding the card, a transaction of HKD$5 will be charged, but it will be refunded after successful binding of credit card. 

• After setting price table and budget, click the lower right corner green button 'Turn On' to start Auto Quotation. The system will send out auto quotation for you immediately.
