Promotion Service is an advanced approach to acquiring new customers. Using the Promotion Service, you can increase your exposure and attract more customers, allowing them to reach out to you proactively. Currently, there are two modes available for the Promotion Service, and enabling either of the following features will initiate the promotion of your services:
"Auto Quote": The system will automatically send estimates to eligible customers in real time, ensuring that customers receive your quotes immediately upon submitting their requirements.
"Appointment Service": This feature allows eligible new customers browsing your profile to view the dates you are available to provide services. They can directly schedule an appointment with you.
You can enable both modes simultaneously, or opt for a single mode. Regardless of the selected service, contact fees will only be charged when customers proactively contact you.
1. What is the difference between “Promotion Service” and “Manual Quotation”?
“Promotion Service” is a new function launched by PRO360. After turning it on, the system will automatically send out quotations based on the preset "Job Preference", “Service Method and Scope of Service”. Sending quotes is free, and we will only charge when the customer takes the initiative to contact you, which can significantly improve the success rate and communication efficiency.
2. What are the benefits of the “Promotion Service”?
The new “Automatic Quotation” function in “Promotion Service” provides a real-time response to customers when they send out a request. We will only charge the pros when customers read the quote and respond to the pros. The new function solves the past shortcomings that customers need to “wait” for quotations because pros could not send it on time. As long as the pros set the price list and weekly budget in the “Service”, the system will send automatic quotations according to the target number of customer contacts the pros want in a week.
3. How do we charge for “Promotion Service”?
Quotes are free and only charged when consumers contact you proactively, including customers calling you or messaging you (but we will not charge when customers send "denial of service" messages). We only charge the first contact with customers and will not charge subsequent communications.
4. What is the weekly budget?
The “Promotional Service” budget is set according to the weekly budget cap for individual projects. When you set a budget, you can set it according to the number of customer contacts you want to receive, and we will estimate the number of customer contacts you can get. When your spending in the current week has reached the set budget limit, we will stop sending automatic quotations and will not start a new promotion service cycle until Monday of next week. Suppose the actual number of customer contacts is lower than the number estimated by the system. In that case, we will only charge the exact number of customer contacts.
5. Is it possible to adjust the weekly budget?
You can adjust your budget at any time. If you increase your budget, the system will adjust it immediately; you can also change your budget or turn off the promotion service, the system will also adjust it immediately. However, you will still incur charges for jobs you contacted during the week.
6. How does the budget cycle work?
The budget cycle is from Monday to Sunday, and it is re-calculated at 12:00 a.m. every Monday. If your spending for the week has reached the original budget limit, the promotion service will stop, and the new promotion service cycle will not start until the Monday of the following week. If you adjust your budget, the system will respond immediately. In addition, the weekly budget limit is calculated separately for each week, and the budget that remains in the current week will not accumulate to the following week.
7. How to deduct payment for “Promotional Service”?
According to the actual number of customer contacts in the previous week, we charge your bound credit card on “Promotion Service” every Monday. The payment method for “Promotional Service” is different from “Manual Quotation”, which is debited from credits.
8. Is it possible to use “Manual Quotation” and “Promotion Service” simultaneously?
Yes, both quotation methods can coexist at the same time. We will only charge once for the same job, and the fees will be deducted according to the quotation model being used first. For example, if the customer actively contacts you through the “Promotion Service”, we will charge the fees based on “Promotion Service”. And if you use “Manual Quotation” method to contact the customer first, we will deduct the fees according to the job charge.
