When PROs use PRO360 services and meet the charging criteria, the platform will first deduct fees from prepaid credits. If the prepaid credits are insufficient, the platform will then charge the fee to the linked credit card or debit card (collectively referred to as credit card).
To avoid confusion in transaction records, each task’s fee will be charged using a single payment method. This means that if prepaid credits are insufficient, the full contact fee for that task will be charged to your credit card. It will not be split between prepaid credits and credit card.
Below is an explanation of when the platform will charge fees to your credit card:
Charging Schedule
- Per-task charging: In principle, fees are charged on a per-task basis and deducted directly from the credit card when applicable.
- Accumulated charges below HK$150: If a single charge is less than HK$150, it will be accumulated with other charges until the total reaches HK$150, at which point the accumulated amount will be charged.
- Weekly settlement: Every Sunday at 12:00 midnight, the system will settle any outstanding amounts below HK$150. These will be charged to the credit card at 12:00 midnight on Monday.
- Month-end settlement: At the end of each month, the system will also settle any outstanding amounts below HK$150. These will be charged to the credit card at 12:00 midnight on the 1st of the following month.
Summary
- If the task fee is HK$150 or above, the system will charge the credit card immediately.
- If the task fee is below HK$150, it will either be accumulated until the total reaches HK$150 or settled at the next weekly or month-end clearing.
Examples
- A PRO quotes for a HK$200 task and a contact fee is incurred. If prepaid credits are insufficient, the full HK$200 will be charged immediately to the credit card.
- A PRO quotes for a HK$100 task and a contact fee is incurred. If prepaid credits are insufficient, the fee will not be charged immediately. When the PRO later quotes for another HK$100 task, the accumulated outstanding amount will reach HK$150. At this point, both fees (HK$200 total) will be charged to the credit card.
- A PRO quotes for three tasks with HK$40 fees each within the same week. Since the accumulated amount is less than HK$150, the charges will be settled at 12:00 midnight on Monday, and a total of HK$120 will be charged to the credit card.
