Whether you are pros, who take your own actions to make contacts or through the "Promotion Service" of the platform, the contact fees for jobs are determined according to the value of the jobs, through PRO360s analysis on the data collected during the process when customers make requests and pros make quotations.  General jobs are cheaper than high-value ones, and such a mechanism is fair, which also meets the interests of the pros.     

Many factors influence the cost, e.g., nature of the jobs, size of the jobs, number of workers involved, and any customers’ special needs.

How do I learn about the contact fees for different services?

For example, if a customer requests carpenter jobs, the system will adjust the contact fee according to the budget set by the customers.   It is not a simple one-for-all fee but a fee varying according to the conditions of the jobs.  Jobs with a small budget will be cheaper than jobs with a higher budget.  By adopting these measures, we want to ensure a fair system and protect the interests of pros.  In addition, job requests submitted by the customers will go through verification in the PRO360 platform.  We will start job matching once the jobs are confirmed to be authentic.
