Being a pro in PRO360 is like running your online store. Customers will first see your pro profile when they are looking for services. After you make a quotation, customers will decide the most suitable pro considering the profile content. As such, you can input your basic information, credentials, and detailed experience in taking jobs in your pro profile – just like your online CV – to present an excellent professional image to your customers.
A good pro profile with detailed information can catch the eye of the customers, and it also makes customers trust your quotation and professional ability. The following shows the steps in producing a complete pro profile:
1.Log into PRO360, click Profile on the upper right corner of My account to enter your company
- Add your logo and contact information and complete the identification verification. Click the Edit button on the upper right. ( For uploading files, please refer to The advantage and procedures for identification verification.)
- Fill in service introduction, complete company certification, and upload certification files. (Accept only jpeg and pdf files. (For company certification, please refer to the Company verification process and related regulations.)
- You can include pictures in your expert profile. Upload photos of your jobs and completed projects, the more the better. For example, if you provide a cleaning service, you can put up photos to show the difference between the pre-and post-cleaning conditions. Or, if you are a professional photographer, you can put up a portfolio to show your capabilities. You can include captions and descriptions in your pictures so that customers will know about the details of your work. (For more information, please refer to Uploading service pictures.)
- Last, answer a few questions regarding your professional ability, which customers commonly ask in the FAQ.
Completing the content in your pro profile, get at least 50% completeness before your pro profile can be published in the index of pros.
