Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them under the PRO360 Terms of Use.
Service Providers may choose one of the following pricing models when submitting quotations to Customers.
Basic Quote Pricing Model
After a Customer submits a service request through the PRO360 Platform, the Platform will match the request with suitable Service Providers and send notifications regarding the request.
At this stage, the Customer's telephone number, email address, and other contact details have not been disclosed to the Service Provider, and no fee will be charged.
If a Service Provider decides to submit a quotation, PRO360 will charge the applicable quotation fee in accordance with the Terms of Use when the quotation notification is sent to the Customer.
When the Customer views the quotation message, PRO360 will send a view notification to the Service Provider.
If the Customer does not view the quotation within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving it, PRO360 will automatically return an equivalent amount of Credits to the Service Provider's account within seven (7) Business Days (the "Refunded Credits").
Customer Contact Pricing Models
Service Providers may obtain leads through any of the following quotation models:
Promotion Service – Auto Quote
The Service Provider may preset eligibility criteria and a periodic budget limit.
Where a Customer request fully satisfies the preset criteria, PRO360 will automatically submit a quotation to the Customer on behalf of the Service Provider.
No fee will be charged when the quotation is submitted.
A fee will only be charged when the Customer responds to the Service Provider, and such fee shall be deducted in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Once the budget limit is reached, PRO360 will automatically suspend further quotations until the commencement of the next budget cycle.
Guaranteed Reply
The Service Provider may independently select a lead and submit a quotation.
No fee will be charged when the quotation is submitted.
A fee will only be charged when the Customer responds to the Service Provider, and such fee shall be deducted in accordance with the Terms of Use.
New Leads
Where a Customer proactively contacts and invites a Service Provider to submit a quotation, a fee will only be charged when the Service Provider accepts the invitation and submits the quotation.
Such fee shall be deducted in accordance with the Terms of Use.
